Founder & Physical Therapist

Tom received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and his Bachelors in Athletic Training from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Clinically, he has a strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy, and youth athletics. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

Mike earned his Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Virginia tech and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Diego.  Clinically, Mike specializes in manual and orthopedic therapy. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, and trivial knowledge.

Physical Therapist

Blake was born and raised in Hawaii. Blake received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St Augustine for Health Sciences. In his free time, Blake enjoys going to the beach, watching and playing all sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Physical Therapist

Traci graduated from University of MD with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University.  Clinically she has a special interest in treating the geriatric population and those with neurological conditions. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and traveling. 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Jill earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2016. She then went on to obtain her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education PTA Program. Jill enjoys working with orthopedic and neuro patients of all ages and prior levels of function. In her free time, she loves traveling, playing sports, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Billing Manager

Angela is the Billing Manager for Maximum Performance PT.  She has been an integral part of the Company since the beginning.  Patients benefit form Angela's knowledge and kind approach in dealing with all situations. 

Intake Coordinator

Jenny joined the MaxPT staff in June 2022.  Patients appreciate her willingness to help them in any possible way as they come for their physical therapy services.
