In early 2003, Maximum Performance opened the doors to their first location in Laurel, Maryland. The Laurel clinic rapidly expanded thanks to the generous support of the medical community and the patients that have benefited from our “patient first” approach to physical therapy.
Founder & Physical Therapist
Tom received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and his Bachelors in Athletic Training from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Clinically, he has a strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy, and youth athletics. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
Physical Therapist/Clinic Director
Jen earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Loyola College then went on to obtain her Masters in Physical Therapy from Elon University. As the clinic director of our Columbia and Laurel office, Jen specializes in manual therapy. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and going to the beach.
Blake was born and raised in Hawaii. Blake received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St Augustine for Health Sciences. In his free time, Blake enjoys going to the beach, watching and playing all sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Kevin earned his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2015 from the University of Maryland. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. In his personal life, he enjoys everything outdoors; swimming, cycling, hiking, and running. He even coaches triathlon athletes! In the summer of 2013, Kevin cycled 4,000+ miles from Baltimore to San Francisco with the 4K for Cancer program of the Ulman Cancer Fund.
