Maximum Performance Physical Therapy provides skilled rehabilitative services to the community. Clients are referred for skilled physical therapy by a licensed medical doctor. The medical doctor may specialize in a number of different areas including, but not limited to general practice, internal medicine, orthopedics, chiropractic, neurology, and pediatrics. Clients are evaluated and a client specific treatment plan is designed and implemented based on goals established by the client and physical therapist. The extent of rehabilitative services needed may range from a single visit to multiple months of treatment based on the needs of each particular client.  In addition, consulting services are available to individuals and groups with a goal of prevention of injury during recreational/athletic activities, activities of daily living, and in the workplace.
