About Maximum Performance PT
What to Expect
At Maximum Performance Physical Therapy we are very aware that your time is valuable and you can expect us to be prompt. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Expect most appointments to last approximately one to one and a half hours.
On Your First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. Our receptionist will ask you to complete the appropriate forms so that we can submit claims to your insurance carrier.

Your therapist will then do a thorough evaluation of your condition. A treatment plan will be developed based on evaluation findings and your goals for therapy. Treatment will usually begin on your first visit. Please wear or bring loose fitted clothing.
Maximum Performance Physical Therapy’s mission is to provide the highest level of rehabilitative services possible and to function as an integral part of the health care team to promote optimal health to all members of the community through hands on care, preventative programs and education.

We achieve these goals by providing maximum one-on-one treatment time for our patients.
We are committed to providing convenient hours to accommodate your busy home, work, and social schedules. Our office hours are:
Monday - Thur. 7 am - 8 pm
Friday 7 am - 4 pm
*Saturday 8 am - 12 pm *Laurel office only

Appointments: It is our policy to offer an appointment within 24 to 48 hours after your initial call.
