What to Expect
At Maximum Performance Physical Therapy we are very aware that your time is valuable and you can expect us to be prompt. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Expect most appointments to last approximately one to one and a half hours.
On Your First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. Our receptionist will ask you to complete the appropriate forms so that we can submit claims to your insurance carrier.

Your therapist will then do a thorough evaluation of your condition. A treatment plan will be developed based on evaluation findings and your goals for therapy. Treatment will usually begin on your first visit. Please wear or bring loose fitted clothing.

Directions to Laurel

From 95

At first traffic light take a right onto Van Dusen Road. Follow to the third traffic light and make a left onto Cherry Lane. Stay on Cherry Lane and cross over Route 1 and make a right onto Cherry Lane Court. Make the first left into our parking lot.

From B-W Parkway

Take exit for Route 197 toward Laurel. miles and make a left onto Cherry Lane. Go over the bridge and make a left onto Cherry Lane Court. Make the first left into our parking lot.

Directions to Odenton

From 95

Take exit for Route 32 East toward Fort Meade/Annapolis. Take exit 175 East toward Odenton (stay right at the fork in the ramp). Continue on 175 East and cross over the bridge to the first light. Take a left at the light onto Winmeyer Ave. Make an immediate left onto Blair Drive.

From B-W Parkway

Take exit for 175 East toward Odenton. Continue on 175 East for 1-2 miles and make a left onto Winmeyer Ave. Make an immediate left onto Blair Drive.
